My name is Lori B. Capri, M.S., M.H.A., I have been licensed in Connecticut as a Professional Counselor since 1999.
I have over 25 years of experience in providing individual, group, and family therapy as well as helping people navigate the various community resources available.
I provide virtual / telehealth counseling sessions by appointment only. My schedule is Tuesdays through Saturdays, including several evening appointments.
In my practice, I work with adults, adolescents, and couples to provide a therapeutic environment for growth and change.
I welcome the opportunity to earn your trust, so I may get to know you better, to help you work through past and present disappointment and pain, to help you learn more about yourself and what may be holding you back from happiness, and to become more resilient through the good times and the challenges.
I am focused on helping you feel better about yourself and supporting and guiding you as you work through the issues that are causing you to feel stuck.

Women's Issues, Peri-Natal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (including Prenatal and Postpartum Depression), Parenting Issues, Grief, Self-Harming Behaviors, Anxiety, Depression, Infant and Child Mental Health Issues, Dysfunctional Families, Domestic Abuse including Domestic Violence,
